If you like cycling, you're in the right place with us! The Vechtdal region of Overijssel is beautiful, with excellent cycle paths, fun routes, charming villages, beautiful nature and, not unimportantly, .... cosy terraces! Dalfsen, the green pearl of our Vecht valley, is very close by and a wonderful place to go cycling. Enjoy the forests, country estates and rive forelands of the Vecht on one of the marked routes. But also Ommen, one of the oldest (and cosiest) Hanseatic cities of Overijssel, should not be missed during your cycling tour.
There are numerous cycle junction routes, but you can also compile your own cycle route. You can also easily cross the Vecht with a bicycle ferry. You can operate the ferry yourself by pressing the green button. The ferry sails from the beginning of April until the beginning of November. You will find the bicycle ferry between cycle junctions 85 and 90.
